              Customer Support Engineer (32-40 hrs)

Our international Customer Service organization includes the central support team in Etten-Leur and local CS teams across Europe, Australia and China. The CS Support team acts as the central hub, coordinating service efforts and supporting our subsidiaries and international partners.

You'll be part of a motivated and experienced team that values collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement. With your fresh perspective, you’ll help us push our service offering to the next level.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Be the go-to contact for international sales & service offices on product-related challenges.
  • A technical bridge between our customer service team and an engineering department.
  • Work closely with local service engineers to find effective, customer-focused solutions on different technical problems.
  • Help to optimize the efficiency of CS-related processes using modern tools and systems.

What you bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree (preferably a technical degree or similar).
  • Process and quality oriented.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
  • A team player who enjoys working with international colleagues.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
